Culinary Highlights One of the highlights of the tour is a cooking class with a local Italian woman in her home. Together, we’ll visit the market, select fresh ingredients, and create a meal from scratch. And of course, the best part—sitting down to enjoy the fruits of our labour!

Panoramic Views and Cultural Stops Rome is known for its seven hills, each offering stunning panoramic views over the city. We’ll take a leisurely stroll up Gianicolo, where the daily noon cannon fire—an ongoing tradition since the 19th century—marks the time. Along the way, we’ll stop for coffee, enjoyed the Roman way: standing at the bar, just like the locals. Recharged, we’ll continue our walk to the magnificent Fontana dell’Acqua Paola, also known as the “Fontanone,” a grand fountain built by Pope Sixtus V.
